House Fire Prayer Request
Hi friends,
I just wanted to hop on really quick to send a message about a family that Beginnings has been in contact with after they lost their home and all their belongings in a house fire. Praise the Lord, the family all came out of it safe! Because they live in the Pattaya area that is still really hurting economically, is known as a high risk area for sexual exploitation, and as they have two young daughters, we knew it was important to support them as they’re very vulnerable right now. They are safe staying with friends, but Beginnings provided them with food and clothing donations, and as a family, we were able to step in and gift them essentials for their 6 month old baby girl. Ginny insisted on a baby bath, and we thought it would be perfect in lieu of a gift bag. We filled it with baby clothes, wipes, baby detergent and softener, bibs, and more.
I don’t often send out such specific examples, but I just felt led to let you know today that you are making a difference, and that without you we could not have been able to afford these gifts on such short notice. Thank you!! Beginnings will continue to follow up with this family, and we appreciate your prayers for their physical needs and mental healing, and that they would know the love of Jesus.
